Pacifica Square, a successful Asian-centric Shopping Center is promoting its phase 2, which has 53,000 square foot retail and office. After phase 2 is complete, Pacifica Square will become one of the biggest Lifestyle Center in Midwest.  Pacifica Square’s developer Windfall Group, City of Aurora, and Chinese American Association at Greater Chicago (CAAGC) will host a grand celebration for Asian American and Pacific Islanders (AAPI) Heritage Month at Pacifica Square on May 23rd at 2pm. AAPI Heritage Month is observed annually in May to celebrate the contributions that generations of AAPIs have made to American history, society, and culture in the United States. The event will be host outside on Pacifica Square’s parking lot, groups from various Asian communities will present a variety of high-quality programs include lion and dragon dance, Beijing Opera, singing, folk dance, Kung Fu, and drumming.

To celebrate the AAPI Heritage Month, Pacifica Square is running a month-long promotion throughout the stores and online social media platforms. On the event day, Park to Shop will have 5% off on top of its own AAPI promotions (special products are excluded). Some of the food court stores will give out a free item with purchases, some will offer 10% off. Some other stores in Pacifica square also offer some event day promotions. The event day receipts could redeem free raffle tickets.  

A raffle drawing will take place between the programs. Total raffle prizes worth a whopping ten thousand dollars ($10,000). Every audience will get a free raffle ticket at the event entrance while checking the temperature, and face coverage. With the receipts from any stores in Pacifica Square on the event day, customers could redeem additional free raffle tickets. If like and follow any of Pacifica Square’s social media (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, and Wechat) on the event day, will receive a free raffle ticket.
